Show:
Participating in and Creating Online Business Networks
Guest:
Keith Rabois, VP of Business Development for LinkedIn
Aired: Sunday February 18th, 2007
There are more than 9 million people using LinkedIn's service to help accelerate the process of building business relationships, but many small businesses haven't participated in this so far. Join us as LinkedIn's Keith Rabois helps us get a better grip on the benefits of participating in online business networks, and explains how these different from social networking sites like MySpace. Help also give us a few best practices for building your own online network. Also check out Brent's take on the SoCon '07 social mashup "unconference", and the
tragic case of customer relationship mis-management
coming from an email meant to drum up business.
