Many small business need stuff done. Things like updating their website design, keeping websites regularly updated and programming have to be done, but there's no in-house expertise to do it. So in many cases the work goes undone. With many not able to hire fulltime employees for this, and others not wanting to do so, many small businesses are turning to the web to find service providers to handle the load. Fabio Rosati, ceo of Elance.com, discusses how small businesses can leverage the web to find the right vendors to handle the work they need done.
